What's involved in buyer side conveyancing?

A lot. Conveyancing in Qld runs on the principle that the buyer is responsible for carrying out their own due diligence on the property (the buyer beware). Legal representation when purchasing property in Qld gives you more protection when you find issues with the property, better reserving your rights to terminate without penalty if needed.
